We've been running the author feedback program, a continual assessment of writers' experiences with us, since 2022.

How does it function?
Corresponding authors of recently published articles are requested to answer questions on their publishing experience, revealing what writers think about the journal and the help they receive. Click here* (July 2022, March 2022, November 2022, March 2023, July 2023, November 2023) to see a list of the statements that contributors are encouraged to rate. All constructive comment, positive or negative, is greatly appreciated. We take it all very seriously, and we review the feedback on a regular basis, actively using it to help us continuously enhance the publishing experience for our authors.
