All manuscripts submitted to the journal must comply with the journal's Focus and Scope and Author Guidelines. Manuscripts should demonstrate scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Upon submission, manuscripts are first screened by the editorial team to assess their suitability for the journal, compliance with the Author Guidelines, originality, and basic academic quality. The journal screens all submitted manuscripts for plagiarism using Turnitin. Authors are also encouraged to check the similarity of their manuscripts before submission.

Research articles that pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process by at least two independent expert reviewers. In the double-blind review process, the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other throughout the review process.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, relevance, methodological rigor, scientific contribution, clarity of presentation, and quality of references. Reviewers provide constructive comments and recommendations to help improve the quality of the manuscript.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the editorial assessment, the manuscript may receive one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief or the assigned editor based on the reviewers' comments and the overall quality of the manuscript.

Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers' comments. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation when necessary. The editorial team may request additional revisions if the manuscript does not yet meet the journal's academic and editorial standards.

The publication schedule and order of accepted articles are determined by the Editor-in-Chief based on the date of acceptance, thematic considerations, and the journal's publication schedule.
