The proliferation of short-form video (SFV) platforms such as TikTok has fundamentally reshaped tourist decision-making processes, yet no integrative synthesis exists connecting fear of missing out (FOMO), authenticity perception, and sustainable travel decision-making within this context. This study addresses that gap through a Bibliometric-Systematic Literature Review (B-SLR) of 59 peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus (2018–2026). VOSviewer was used for keyword co-occurrence analysis, while thematic synthesis was applied to integrate empirical findings. Results reveal four thematic clusters, with TikTok and social media as central nodes and authenticity as the most pervasive construct (45.8% of articles). Quality assessment confirmed 84.7% of articles at high quality (mean score 21.3/24). FOMO functions as a psychological mediator rather than a direct predictor of tourist behavioral intentions moderated by collectivist cultural values. Authenticity, particularly existential and perceived dimensions consistently predicts tourist trust and visit intention. SFV exposure contributes to sustainable travel intentions, though an intention-behavior gap persists. Future research should prioritize longitudinal designs, cross-cultural comparisons, and integrative theoretical frameworks connecting the three constructs.
