Untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja, diperlukan suatu Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) yang dalam pelaksananya memerlukan sejumlah biaya. Penelitian dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan The Umalas Signature dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui besaran dan persentase biaya yang di perlukan dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dengan mengacu pada standar ideal komite Keselamatan Konstruksi Rakyat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, survey dan pengamatan langsung dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jumlah rencana anggaran sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diperlukan berdasarkan survey harga toko yaitu pada pekerjaan kontrak sebesar Rp. 429,722,433 (Enam Ratus Empat Puluh Tiga Juta Tujuh Ratus Tujuh Puluh Tujuh Ribu Tiga Ratus Lima Puluh Enam Rupiah) dengan persentase perbandingan dari nilai kontrak yaitu sebesar 1.54%. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas perbandingan edung struktur diafragma pelat yang menggunakan metode pembebanan langsung pada pelat dengan edung struktur <em>open frame </em>yang menggunakan metode pembebanan segitiga trapesium. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembebanan langsung pada pelat dan metode pembebanan segitiga trapesium terhadap dimensi elemen struktur dan biaya yang dibutuhkan.</p> <p>Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik yang menggunakan data kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan <em>sample</em> Gedung Wing Utara Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Payangan yang merupakan edung rumah sakit 5 lantai dengan menggunakan bantuan <em>software </em>analisis struktur SAP2000 versi 22.</p> <p>Dari hasil analisis data, struktur dengan metode pembebanan langsung pada pelat hanya mengalami <em>over stress </em>pada balok B12, sedangkan struktur dengan metode pembebanan segitiga trapesium mengalami <em>over stress </em>pada balok B8, balok B3, balok B7, balok B11, balok TB3, balok B2, balok TB2, balok TB1, dan balok B12. Seiring berjalannya waktu jalan raya pasti mengalami penurunan kondisi, sehingga menjadi suatu hambatan dalam kelancaran suatu perjalanan pengguna jalan. Salah satunya ruas jalan yang mengalami kerusakan, yaitu ruas Jalan Nangka Utara – Jalan Antasura.</p> <p>Penentuan kondisi perkerasan jalan dapat dinilai melalui berbagai jenis metode seperti metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Metode PCI merupakan sistem penilaian kondisi perkerasan jalan berdasarkan jenis, tingkat, dan luas dari kerusakan yang terjadi dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam melakukan pemeliharaan yang bersifat pencegahan dan setelah itu dilakukan penanganan kerusakan jalan dengan menggunakan metode standar Bina Marga.</p> <p>Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah nilai indeks kondisi perkerasan (PCI) rata rata ruas jalan tersebut adalah 53,24 yang termasuk dalam kategori kerusakan sedang (fair) dengan metode perbaikan yang direkomendasikan adalah metode perbaikan P1, P2, P3, P5, dan P6. Kerusakan yang dominan terjadi yaitu Tambalan sebesar 669,610 m2, Retak Memanjang/Melintang sebesar 214,08 m2, Retak Kulit Buaya sebesar 208,52 m2, dan Retak Kotak-Kotak 99,31 m2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pekerja tenaga kerja struktur beton pembangunan unit sekolah baru SMKN 2 Kuta Selatan.</p> <p>Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data meliputi metode wawancara, metode kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Kuesioner disebar kepada 40 responden dengan memakai skala likert. Analisi data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis kemudian data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 29.</p> <p>Berdasarkan tabel koefisien korelasi antara X terhadap Y dapat diketahui bahwa seluruh sub-variabel X yaitu X<sub>1</sub>-X<sub>9</sub> memiliki pengaruh terhadap sub-variabel Ya, Yb dan Yc pada variabel Y, pengaruh terbesar pada kelompok variabel kualitas (Ya) yaitu dengan nilai 0.475, pengaruh terbesar pada kelompok kuantitas (Yb) yaitu dengan nilai 0.266 dan pengaruh terbesar pada kelompok ketepatan waktu (Yc) yaitu dengan nilai 0.366. Pada pembangunan proyek tersebut terjadi keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan sebesar 7,54% karena kesalahan perencanaan urutan kegiatan dan adanya pekerjaan tambahan, sehingga penjadwalan dibuat saat proyek berlangsung. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan digunakan metode PERT <em>(Program Evaluation and Review Technique)</em> dimana metode ini bertujuan untuk menentukan durasi proyek dengan mempertimbangkan ketidakpastian dalam estimasi waktu aktivitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lama waktu penyelesaian yang diperlukan dan memperoleh informasi tentang probabilitas penyelesaian proyek dalam berbagai rentang waktu.</p> <p>Penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi dan analisis kegiatan yang ada dalam proyek, serta estimasi waktu dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan untuk masing-masing kegiatan. Selanjutnya jaringan PERT dibangun untuk merepresentasikan hubungan ketergantungan antar kegiatan dan menentukan jalur kritis proyek. Jalur kritis adalah jalur kegiatan yang menentukan durasi keseluruhan proyek.</p> <p>Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa durasi penyelesaian proyek adalah 314 hari dengan S = 12,06. Penelitian ini juga mengestimasi probabilitas penyelesaian proyek dalam berbagai skenario waktu. Penerapan K3 tidak luput dari pelaksanaan manajemen risiko yang bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai resiko dari kecelakaan yang mungkin saja terjadi di tempat kontruksi. Atas risiko yang sudah didapatkan, dilakukan pengendalian risiko untuk memberikan solusi dari risiko tersebut. Hal itulah yang menjadi alasan bagi penulis untuk menganalisis manajemen resiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Proyek Pengembangan Gedung Rumah Sakit BMC Bangli. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mendeskripsikan manajemen risiko serta memberikan solusi berupa pengendalian risiko pada Proyek Pengembangan Gedung Rumah Sakit BMC Bangli.</p> <p>Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa 87 responden dengan menggunakan metode AS/NZS 4360:2004 dibantu dengan pilot survey atas kuisioner yang sudah termuat. Melalui metode ini didapatkan pembanding risiko untuk kemungkinan (likelihood) dan dampak (Impact) serta dilakukan penyusunan pengendalian risiko untuk data yang sudah terkumpul.</p> <p>Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh identifikasi bahaya risiko K3 yang terjadi pada Proyek Pengembangan Gedung Rumah Sakit BMC Bangli adalah pekerja mengalami memar, terluka, gangguan pernafasan, gangguan pengelihatan, luka bakar dan terjatuh. Masalah yang sering kita temui dalam konstruksi jembatan adalah terjadinya kegagalan strukturnya, seperti yang sering kita lihat pada kasus jembatan yang ambruk/runtuh. Dengan demikian, untuk menghindari hal - hal tersebut perlu untuk menganalisis stabilitas <em>abutment</em>nya. Pada penilitian ini akan dilakukan analisis stabilitas terhadap geser dan stabilitas terhadap guling yang diakibatkan oleh beban eksternal,Analisis stabilitas terhadap daya dukung tanah, serta distribusi beban pada kelompok tiang berdasarkan data lapangan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian pada Jembatan Bindu yaitu Angka aman geser arah memanjang jembatan untuk <em>strenght I</em> didapat SF = 14,97. SF geser untuk arah melintang Pada <em>strenght III </em>= 457,37. Berdasarkan nilai SF tersebut, <em>abutment</em> dapat dikatakan aman terhadap gaya geser. Angka aman guling untuk arah melintang jembatan <em>strenght V</em> = 65,9. SF guling arah memanjang jembatan pada <em>strenght V</em> = 15,3. Berdasarkan nilai SF tersebut, <em>abutment</em> dapat dikatakan aman terhadap gaya guling. Angka aman daya dukung tanah, SF = 2716,22. Analyzing labor productivity will assist contractors in planning construction project implementation methods. The research was carried out in the field by conducting a case study on the construction project of the Kuta Tsunami Shelter Building. Productivity values ​​are obtained directly through field observations using the Time Study method. Tourist visits to Bali continue to increase, so the need for accommodation such as lodging or villas is also increasing. One of the villas to be built is Villa Maharaja, this villa is located in Pererenan Village, Mengwi, Badung, Bali. Villa Maharaja is located in a strategic location, so the investment in the construction of this villa is quite promising. Property investment such as villas is a risky decision, therefore it is necessary to do a feasibility analysis before making an investment. This study aims to determine the feasibility of investing in the construction of Villa Maharaja Pererenan, which is assessed from a financial aspect. The methods used are the Net Present Value (NPV) method, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method, the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) method and the Payback Period (PBP) method. In addition, a sensitivity analysis was also carried out. From the calculations made, the investment in the construction of Villa Maharaja is feasible from a financial aspect. In this study, the NPV = 9,237,033,047, BCR = 1.02, IRR = 8.53% and PBP occurred in the 16th year. Both the Mayerhof and the Terzaghi methods are used to calculate carrying capacity. Allpile V.7 software is utilized for computational calculations. using the Converse-Labarre method to calculate efficiency values.</em></p> <p><em>based on the contractor's reported loading of 5195.8 tons, with a bore pile's properties of 1500 mm in diameter and 35 mm in pile depth. Using the Mayerhof technique based on SPT data with Qall = 1150.9 tons, the Terzaghi approach based on laboratory data with Qall = 1793.0 tons, and the Allpile program with Qall = 1219.4 tons, the findings were compared. The gap between the Mayerhof approach and the Allpile software is 68.6 tons, or 6%, and the difference between the Terzaghi method and the Allpile program is 573.5 tons, or 32%.</em></p> <p><em>The carrying capacities for group piles determined using the Mayerhof, Terzaghi, and Allpile software are 10357.3 tons, 10974.5 tons, and 10974.5 tons, respectively. Indonesia as a developing country clearly needs heavy equipment, to help ease the heavy work that cannot be done by humans, one of the heavy equipment used is a concrete pump for casting raft foundations in the construction project of the Kuta Tsunami Shelter Building. The concrete used is ready mix concrete produced by PT. Adi Jaya. Previously, in this project, there were existing buildings and a waiting area for mixer trucks, which had limited space to unload cargo to the concrete pump so that the casting process on the raft foundation was slightly hampered. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the quantity of casting with a concrete pump and mixer truck for the raft foundation casting work on the Kuta Tsunami Shelter Building development project in accordance with the real conditions in the field. The analytical method is carried out by direct calculation for the cycle time of each concrete pump truck and mixer truck activity, then calculating the casting quantity with a concrete pump truck and mixer truck. Based on the research conducted, the calculation of the quantity of concrete pump truck casting was obtained which was affected by the delay time of 0.624 m3/minute. The quantity of concrete pump trucks that are not affected by delay time is 0.881 m3/minute. This quantity calculation is determined by the cycle time, field conditions, work methods and work volume. The duration needed to complete the raft foundation casting work with a volume of 336 m3 affected by the delay time is 8 hours 58 minutes 12 seconds. Jaya Kusuma Sarana https://ojs2.pnb.ac.id/index.php/senasketekniksipilan/article/view/1782 <p>This final project aims to analyze the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) costs associated with the See Sea Resort development project in the Pererenan area, Mengwi, Badung, Bali. This study aims to identify and calculate the estimated cost and percentage needed to ensure the effective implementation of OSH standards during the project period. This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Data collection was carried out through field surveys, distribution of questionnaires and preventive measures that can be implemented. Furthermore, an evaluation of costs for the implementation of OSH measures is carried out, including the purchase of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), OSH training for workers, maintenance of equipment, and the need for periodic inspections and supervision. From the results of distributing the questionnaire on the use of K3 PPE, it can be seen that the use of K3 PPE in the field is good and very disciplined, and from the results of the calculation of the K3 Cost Budget Plan for K3 expenses of Rp. 2,773,710,638 and the percentage of K3 which affects the contract value is 1.99%. Gotrak is generally caused by ergonomic hazards which are influenced by ergonomic factors. Therefore, the Earned Value Method is used to provide implementation performance information during the reporting period and produce an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete project construction. Villa Maharaja Pererenan development project as a research object with an RAB value of IDR 2,650,000,000.00 is planned for 24 weeks or 183 days. The results of the analysis report that in the 24th week the implementation cost performance exceeds the budget based on the CPI index of 1,05 with a CV value of Rp73.581.236,16, while the implementation time performance is delayed based on the SPI index of 0.56 with an SV value of -Rp1.331.839.639,63. The estimated cost for the remaining work (ETC) is IDR 1,272,847,497.19 and the estimated remaining time to complete all work is 147 days. However, the coefficient of labor productivity may differ in each region in Indonesia. This study aims to determine labor productivity in the field and compare these results with SNI productivity. This research was carried out on the <em>Villa Azur</em> development project using field observation methods and obtaining data in the form of work time, number of workers, and volume completed. Data analysis for labor productivity and results of labor productivity in the field with labor productivity in SNI. From the results of the analysis it is known that labor productivity is one of them on the 1st floor column for ironing, the worker's productivity is 56.38 kg/hour and the worker's is 68.69 kg/hour. For formwork workers productivity is 1.62 m2/hour and workers 1.62 m2/hour. For the productivity of the foundry foreman is 0.58 m3/hour, the head mason is 0.58 m3/hour, the mason is 0.29 m3/hour, and the worker is 0.29 m3/hour. The comparison results on the 1st floor column for masonry work were 1.97 and 2.40 for workers. For mason formwork work it is 2.68 and for workers it is 5.35. Investment projects in general will require considerable funds and will affect the company in a fairly long period of time, so an investment analysis is needed to determine the level of profit and the feasibility of the investment. As for this research, the author chose the Lovina area because in this area housing development is mushrooming, from this reason whether investment in the Lovina area is feasible so that there is rampant development in this area. This study analyzes the feasibility of investment from a financial aspect by considering the indicators of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and knowing the time needed to return capital with the Discounted Payback Period (PBP) method, and sensitivity analysis. From the results of investment analysis with NPV, BCR, and IRR indicators, it can be concluded that the investment in Taman Wira Lovina Housing, Buleleng is feasible with an NPV value of Rp 105,038,999.23&gt; 0, a BCR value of 1.019 ≥ 1, the IRR value obtained is 9.138%&gt; MARR which is 8%. In this study, acceleration will be carried out on the work on the critical trajectory using the Precedence Diagram Method. The acceleration alternative used is to increase working hours (overtime) and the number of workers. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of time and cost between alternative acceleration of adding overtime hours and adding labor using the Precedence Diagram Method. To address the potential for greater delay, researchers reduced work durations on critical paths through the Crashing method, utilizing Microsoft Project software. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the value of the Budget Plan (BP) for structural work from the contractor PT. Wayan Construction is Rp. 2,550,053,047.55. So the difference between the IBP and the BP is IDR 524,238,270.12.</p> <p>The contractor's advantages in structural work are; 10% profit from the BP by the contractor PT. This research aims to investigate the level of productivity of the workforce in Embung Getakan Klungkung development project to find out what kind of factors are possible to influence the productivity level of a workforce in Embung Getakan Klungkung development project. A descriptive qualitative analysis method was applied in this study by collecting both primary and secondary data. Therefore, the researcher was able to present an illustration and a clear elaboration regarding a certain condition or phenomenon as well, with the result that the researcgher was able to draw a conclusion on the factors that affect the level of productivity by the workforce in embung gentakan klungkung development projct. According to Thomas and mattew, a productivity of labor can be translated by this synonym: labor productivity = (amount of produce)/(unit of time). Based on a statistical test by using 7 variables that have determined, there were some factors to be found out: age, work experience, commission, thw ability to work, education, work discipline, also the condition in the field and the material. It can be concluded that those fctors were affecting the labor productivity that was located in Embung Getakan Klungkung project and it figured out tht the factor of field condition and material were the ones which highly affecting the productivity of the workforce. From the level of productivity result, there’s a significant differentiation between index value of the workforce in the field with the SNI. This research aims to recognize and address high risks in construction projects through the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). OHS is applied to safeguard workers from potential hazards. The study employs the HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Controls) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) methods to identify and manage risks. Research findings underscore the significance of OHS measures in reducing risks and ensuring safety on construction projects. Risk evaluation results categorize the project's risk level as "Moderate", indicating potential risks that need mitigation. Consequently, an additional cost of Rp. 44,238,454.00 is required for optimizing OHS, resulting in a total expense of Rp. 109,690,000.00. Based on observations made in the logistics process of reinforced concrete materials for the SMPN 5 Abiansemal project, problems were identified in the procurement process of several material items. Therefore, the author intends to conduct a study of supply chain management performance on the project in question, so that SCM performance indicators can be improved to improve cost efficiency and time of project implementation. SCM performance measurement on reinforced concrete structure work of this project is carried out using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and indicator mapping using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The parameters used are 2 core SCM processes, namely Plam and Source along with derivatives of performance attributes, namely reliability, responsiveness, and cost. There are 8 performance indicators that are assessed by data collection methods through the process of interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Based on the results of data processing, SCM's performance obtained a total value of 84.49 with a good predicate. As for based on the normalization value of snorm de boer, there are 2 indicators and 1 sub-indicator that get an average value, namely the raw material planning accuracy and source cycle time indicators and the lead time of reload sub-indicator on K250 concrete material. Regular building maintenance is a mandatory requirement for structures serving the public interest. Maintenance work is part of construction activities. In every construction project implementation, achieving zero accidents is ensure project success in terms of time, cost, and quality. Maintenance at The Sanctoo Resort is carried out periodically, but risk identification, assessment, and mitigation have not been done in detail, and the calculation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) maintenance costs has not been conducted in detail either. The purpose of this study is to identify risks, assess risks, identify mitigations, and determine the OHS costs for the maintenance of The Sanctoo Resort building. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews and direct field observations, as well as a price survey for OHS costs. The analysis is conducted using Microsoft Excel. Based on the analysis results, 15 risks have been identified in the maintenance work of The Sanctoo Resort building. Based on the assessment, 8 of these risks fall into the low-risk category, and 7 fall into the moderate-risk category. Mitigations implemented to prevent risks during the maintenance work at The Sanctoo Resort building include using Personal Protective Equipment and safety equipment. Additionally, maintaining a clean work area and ensuring adequate lighting in the work area are also part of the mitigation measures. Frequently, change orders have negative effects on these aspects, including in construction projects in Denpasar. Therefore, an analysis is needed to understand the extent of the negative impact resulting from the occurrence of change orders. The objective of this research is to measure the influence of change orders on costs and time in construction projects in Denpasar. The initial step of this study involves a literature review to identify variables and indicators related to change orders and their impact on costs and time in project implementation. Subsequently, a questionnaire is developed and distributed in Denpasar to project managers, site managers, and relevant project leaders as respondents. The collected data is then analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results indicate that the presence of change orders has a significant negative impact on the costs and time of the implementation of building projects in Denpasar. Secara spesifik dalam pola perjalanan terdapat informasi tentang karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dan jenis aktivitas individu atau orang per orang. Yogyakarta sebagai kota pelajar yang identik dengan institusi pendidikan beserta kampus, tentunya banyak terdapat kampus-kampus salah satunya Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, penelitian tentang perilaku preferensi penggunaan kendaraan transportasi mahasiswa, bertujuan mengkaji kriteria-kriteria yang mempengaruhi preferensi penggunaan angkutan pribadi dalam perjalanan harian ke UAJY, dengan menggunakan metode <em>Analytic Hierarchy Process </em>dengan<em> software expert choice versi 11.</em> untuk mengetahui alternatif yang paling dipilih</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prioritas pertama dalam pemilihan moda transportasi bagi mahasiswa/i Fakultas Teknik UAJY untuk perjalanan kuliah adalah faktor biaya sebesar 39,1% disusul kriteria waktu sebesar 36,1%, dan kriteria nyaman sebesar 2,48%. Moda yang dominan dipilih oleh mahasiswa/i dalam melakukan kegiatan perkuliahan adalah sepeda motor. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan jumlah wisatawan merupakan salah satu penyebab kemacetan di Bali. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengalihan penggunaan angkutan pribadi ke angkutan umum. Trans Metro Dewata merupakan sistem transportasi BRT yang beroperasi di Bali sejak September 2020 di Bali, yang merupakan program dari Kementerian Perhubungan RI melalui Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat. Kesulitan melakukan akses ke halte menjadi salah satu penyebab kurangnya minat masyarakat menggunakan angkutan trans metro dewata. Dari hasil evaluasi didapatkan aksesibilitas halte trans metro dewata koridor 5 sudah cukup baik seperti waktu tempuh menuju halte kurang dari 5 menit dengan presentasi tertinggi 77,32%. Untuk moda yang paling dominan digunakan menuju halte adalah angkutan pribadi sebesar 58,3%.
