Abstract

This study aims to identify the dominant factors causing delays and to formulate alternative solutions in the structural work implementation of the Villa Plot 5 Construction Project at the La Colline area, Pecatu, Badung, Bali. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive material aspect with a score of 2.882, followed by design changes (2.573) and financial aspects (2.331). Recommended mitigation strategies include optimizing material procurement management and implementing strong early coordination among stakeholders involved in the project. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for construction industry practitioners to minimize the risk of delays in similar projects in the futureapproach. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies, with respondents consisting of the project executors and the project owner. Data analysis employed validity and reliability tests, as well as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of risk factors.
