Abstract

The Mangga House Development Project located on Jl. Panggang, Gg. Mangga, Badung, Bali is a residential building project that has quite complex structural and architectural work. In its implementation, this project experienced delays due to several factors such as inadequate implementation methods, material delays, and slow work execution permits. So the project must be accelerated scheduling with the Fast Track method to find out what jobs can be accelerated to match the plan and to find out how much the cost difference after the acceleration is carried out. Data collection is obtained from primary data in the form of working hours and the number of project workers, while secondary data is in the form of Time Schedule, Budget Plan, and Working Drawings. Data analysis is carried out based on the realized Time Schedule described in Ms. Project to obtain the critical path of work that will be accelerated using the Fast Track method, then it will be found what jobs can be accelerated so that the project duration is according to plan. Then it is continued with the calculation of the cost difference between the realized duration and the acceleration. Acceleration of scheduling using the Fast Track method can accelerate the work of Bea$m WF 200.100.5,5.8, Single Swing Solid Panel Door Type-D-18, Roof Pergola$ Living Area, Roof Pergola Pathway. so that the results of the acceleration of 35 days from 406 days to 371 days. Then the cost difference is Rp 23,025,000 (Twenty Three Million Twenty Five Thousand Rupiah).
