Abstract

Construction projects often face delays due to inefficient scheduling planning. This study explores the application of the Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) method in rescheduling the residential construction project of Mayang Padmi Kidul No. 27 (MPK 27) located in Kota Baru Parahyangan, West Bandung. The main constraint in this project is the limited working days and hours imposed by City Management, which affects the effectiveness of project execution. Using a quantitative approach through direct field analysis and calculations with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project, this study estimates the project’s average duration, variance, standard deviation, and the probability of successful completion within the targeted timeframe. The data indicates that the average project duration is 358.78 days with a standard deviation of 14,14. The probability of completing the project within the planned 365 days is 67.00%, while achieving a 99% probability requires 392 days. This study demonstrates that the PERT method addresses time uncertainty and provides a more flexible scheduling plan for construction projects.
