This study analyzes the productivity of a batching plant in producing wetmix ready-mix concrete at PT. Sinar Bali Readymix. Ready-mix concrete is widely used in construction due to its guaranteed quality, efficiency, and practicality. The increasing demand for ready-mix concrete requires optimization of the production process, making productivity analysis essential. This research applies both quantitative and qualitative methods with a time study approach to measure the production cycle duration, which includes material weighing, material transfer and mixing, as well as concrete discharge. Data were obtained through direct observation and interviews, and then analyzed to determine productivity for three concrete grades: K125, K300, and K500. The results show that the average cycle times for K125, K300, and K500 are 2.47 minutes, 2.80 minutes, and 2.82 minutes, respectively, with productivity values of 28.30 m³/hour, 28.23 m³/hour, and 28.10 m³/hour. Factors affecting productivity include weather conditions, material and equipment management, operator skills, and equipment condition. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for improving batching plant operational efficiency and as a basis for further research to include additional variables such as operational costs, energy consumption, and raw material efficiency.
