Indonesia is one of the countries with a high level of seismic activity, thus structural design requires special attention to earthquake resistance. This study aims to analyze the structural performance of the Bluecross Medika International Clinic Building in Denpasar using a Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) reinforced concrete system in accordance with SNI 1726:2019. The research was conducted using a quantitative-descriptive approach through 3D structural modeling in SAP2000, with earthquake loads calculated using the response spectrum method. The analyzed parameters include base shear, interstory drift, fundamental period, and modal mass participation. The analysis results indicate that the base shear meets the minimum requirement of 90% of the equivalent static analysis value, interstory drift is within the allowable limit, the fundamental period complies with the SNI requirement, and modal mass participation meets the ≥90% criterion. Therefore, the structural performance satisfies SMRF requirements for high seismic zones, ensuring building safety and occupant comfort.
