ANALISIS PENGARUH PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS, WAKTU DAN BIAYA PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR BETON BERTULANG PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG A SMP NEGERI 1 KUTA SELATAN

Abstract

Labor productivity is one of the key factors in the success of construction projects, as it directly affects quality, time, and cost performance. This study was conducted on the Construction Project of Building A at SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan with the objective of analyzing the influence of labor productivity on work quality, project schedule, and implementation costs. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, using field observations on structural works including columns, beams, and floor slabs. Field productivity data were compared with planned productivity, and their relationships with schedule deviations, labor costs, and work quality were analyzed. The results indicate that field productivity tends to be higher than planned productivity, which positively impacts time and cost efficiency. Meanwhile, work quality was maintained within the specified tolerance limits. Therefore, labor productivity plays a significant role in supporting the achievement of quality, time, and cost targets in construction projects.
