Abstract

In construction projects, it is natural for a mismatch between planning and conditions in the field to occur. To accommodate these changes, a Contract Change Order (CCO) was made. This study aims to analyze the work items that change and the magnitude of the influence of Contract Change Order (CCO) on the contract value, implementation time and to find out the factors that cause the occurrence of Contract Change Order (CCO). From the results of the analysis, it was found that the Contract Change Order (CCO) phase I and II did not change the contract value, namely the initial contract value was recorded at Rp 23,527,203,196 and still did not undergo adjustment. The implementation time due to the Contract Change Order (CCO) has been increased in the form of a change in the implementation time after the submission of a contract addendum from the initial plan which was previously 165 calendar days from July 2 – December 13, 2024, given an extension of time for 4 calendar days until December 17, 2024 to 169 calendar days. And the factors causing the existence of a Contract Change Order (CCO) are the incompatibility of planning volume with the realization in the field, the addition of new work items and design changes as well as the existence of bad weather constraints.
