Abstract

This study aims to analyze labor productivity in finishing work, including wall installation, plastering, and skim coating, on the Sky Garden 1 Apartment construction project in Pererenan, Bali. Labor productivity is a crucial factor in determining the efficiency of time, cost, and work quality on-site. This research used a quantitative descriptive method by conducting direct field observations and using a questionnaire as a supporting instrument. Data were collected through observation of work volume, number of workers, working hours, and interviews with site workers and office staff. The results show the average productivity for wall installation is (30.55 m2), plastering is (76.71 m2), and skim coating is (94.28 m2). Factors affecting labor productivity include the wage system, material availability, and material loading to the site.
