ANALISIS PERCEPATAN WAKTU TERHADAP BIAYA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF (TCTO) STUDI KASUS: PEMBANGUNAN PROYEK VILLA LEA 2 PANGKUNG TIBAH, TABANAN

Abstract

Time and cost are the main factors that affect the success of a project. A project is considered successful if it can be completed in a shorter time and at a lower cost without sacrificing the quality of the work results. These challenges are what cause project work to be hampered and not run according to plan. In the construction of the LEA 2 Villa Project, there was a delay caused by inadequate labor. To overcome this problem, innovation was carried out by adding labor. The purpose of this study was to see how much labor was needed and added using the Time Cost Trade Off method. The results of adding 3 and 4 workers to the work that experienced a critical path, had a work acceleration duration of 331 days shortened (9.3%) with the addition of 3 workers and 323 days shortened (11.5%) from the existing duration of 365 days. Meanwhile, the addition of initial costs of Rp1,438,213,994.68 with the addition of 3 workers to Rp1,468,358,429.63 increased (3%) and with the addition of 4 workers to Rp1,473,563,129.00. increased (4%).
