ANALISIS PENAMBAHAN WAKTU DAN PENGARUHNYA PADA BIAYA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG KANTOR PERUMDA KABUPATEN BADUNG
Abstract
This study analyzes project duration acceleration through the addition of overtime hours and its impact on costs in the Office Building Construction Project of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mangutama, Badung Regency. The method applied is the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) with the support of Microsoft Project software to identify the critical path and perform acceleration analysis (crashing). The data used consist of primary data, including labor wages, overtime hours, and actual working duration, as well as secondary data, such as the time schedule, project activity list, number of workers, and cost estimates. The results show that adding 4 hours of overtime per day to activities on the critical path shortens the project duration but leads to an increase in labor costs. This strategy can serve as a reference for construction practitioners in planning project acceleration by balancing time efficiency and cost control.
