ANALISIS KERUSAKAN PERKERASAN JALAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX (PCI) (STUDI KASUS JL. RAYA SIBANG KAJA – JL. RAYA ABIANSEMAL, BADUNG, BALI)

Abstract

This research was conducted on the Sibang Kaja Highway – Abiansemal Highway section to identify the type and level of pavement damage, calculate the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) value, determine the appropriate repair method, and prepare an estimated budget plan. The methods used include a visual survey for damage classification, damage dimension measurement, PCI value calculation, and cost analysis based on the Bina Marga Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). The results showed that the types of damage were alligator skin cracks, block cracks, potholes, and patches. The average PCI value was 54, included in the moderate category (fair), so the recommended repair method was reconstruction and overlay. The estimated total repair cost was Rp 5,728,879,692. In conclusion, the road condition was in the moderate category and required overlay work to maintain the road's lifespan and performance.
