Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of conformity of structural work implementation with technical specifications and its impact on costs in a private residential construction project in Kemenuh, Gianyar. The project was carried out by PT. Wayan Konstruksi with a duration of 457 days and a cost of Rp. 23,579,853,511.02. The issues raised are the identification of structural work items that do not comply with technical specifications, calculating the percentage of compliance, analyzing the additional costs incurred, and the factors causing the non-compliance. The scope of the study covers structural work such as bore pile foundations, pile caps, continuous foundations, pedestal columns, columns, beams, floor slabs, and roof trusses. Data analysis used a fishbone diagram to determine the factors causing the non-compliance. The percentage of compliance in the implementation of structural work was mostly achieved, but there were still deviations that resulted in additional costs of IDR 14,984,672.87, namely in the masonry work for the stone foundation and the floor slab reinforcement work. When compared to the total value of the Structural Cost Estimate (RAB) of Rp 2,482,583,870.45, the percentage of additional costs due to this rework is 0.60% of the total RAB for structural work.
