This study aims to analyze the dominant waste materials in the architectural work of the Villa Elio Batu Bolong Canggu project using the Pareto and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) methods. The primary objective is to identify the types of waste material and the causes contributing to material waste during construction. The research also compares the company’s material coefficients with the national standards (SNI) to evaluate efficiency. The findings indicate that the significant waste cost was due to the overuse of certain materials, particularly lightweight bricks. Additionally, the research identifies various factors, including poor planning, inaccurate measurements, and inefficiencies in material handling, as major contributors to material waste. It is concluded that effective material management, better planning, and accurate measurements can reduce waste and improve project efficiency. These findings contribute to the understanding of material waste in construction and offer recommendations for minimizing waste in future projects
