Abstract

The Flood Control Infrastructure Project at Tukad Jinah, Klungkung Regency, is a strategic infrastructure initiative aimed at mitigating seasonal flood risks. However, during its execution, the project experienced delays from the original schedule. This research aims to evaluate the project’s time performance and identify the main factor contributing to the delays. The methods used include the Critical Path Method (CPM, and Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) to analyse the work network and project duration estimates. The analysis shows that the optimal project duration is 202 calendar days, while the actual implementation took 236 calendar days, resulting in a deviation of 34 days. The dominant causes of delay include unstable site conditions, structural design changes, a shortage of skilled labor, and adverse weather conditions. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for more effective project time planning and control in the future.
