ANALISIS PENANGGULANGAN DAMPAK KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK KONTRUKSI TERHADAP BIAYA DAN WAKTU MENGUNAKAN METODE CRASHING (Studi Kasus : Proyek Gedung SDN 4 Blahkiuh, Badung)

Construction projects often experience delays due to various factors, one of which is ineffective time planning. The problem with the construction project of SD Negeri 4 Blahkiuh was delayed due to a lack of manpower and the late arrival of materials to the site. This study aims to analyze the acceleration of time and costs in the construction project of SD Negeri 4 Blahkiuh. This study uses the crashing method, which involves adding working hours as an alternative to accelerate project completion. To obtain data that is consistent with the actual situation for this thesis, the author uses two types of data collection techniques: primary data, which is direct information from field surveys to determine wages, the number of overtime workers, and the duration of overtime; and secondary data, which is data obtained indirectly, rather than from the results of processing by other parties in the form of tables, graphs, or diagrams. Secondary data is obtained indirectly, from processed data by other parties in the form of tables, graphs, or diagrams. The results of the study show that the project duration can be accelerated from 180 days to 162 days, with an additional cost of Rp103,635,689.18. The application of the crashing method resulted in an increase in direct costs, but this was offset by a decrease in indirect costs due to the reduction in implementation time.
