Abstract

This study aims to analyze the productivity, cost, and execution time of cut & fill work on the La Colline project in Pecatu, South Kuta, focusing on the use of the Zoomlion ZE75G backhoe. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative, with primary data collected through direct field observations and interviews, and secondary data obtained from equipment specifications and material prices. The results indicate that the productivity of the Zoomlion ZE75G backhoe with a bucket is 20.7 m³/hour, while with a rock drill breaker it is 1.8 m³/hour. The unit price calculation shows a cost of IDR 18,550/m³, with a total cost of IDR 18,485,817.00 for a work volume of 996.54 m³. The execution time is estimated at 11.07 optimal working days. Based on these findings, it is recommended to increase the number of backhoes equipped with rock drill breakers to improve time efficiency, as well as to compare the unit price with similar projects to ensure budget suitability.
