ANALISIS FAKTOR RESIKO MANAJEMEN MATERIAL TERHADAP KETEPATAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN PROYEK STRUKTUR ARSITEKTUR PLUMBING PT BLUECROSS MEDIKA INTERNASIONAL

Abstract

This study analyzes material management risk factors affecting project timeliness, focusing on the structural and plumbing works of PT Bluecross Medika Internasional in Sanur, Denpasar. As the largest cost component, material often causes delays when not managed effectively. The research applied a quantitative descriptive method using interviews, questionnaires, and literature review, with 30 project stakeholders as respondents. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results indicate that inaccurate scheduling, delivery delays, and weak storage supervision are the dominant risks causing delays. Suggested mitigation includes stronger coordination, supplier control, and regular evaluation of material management.
