Considering the relevance of the Matahati Resort construction project to the development of tourism in Bali with its unique project location, the author attempts to provide a comprehensive analysis of bored pile foundation planning based on different analysis methods (through manual analysis and using software) and to estimate the costs that will be required for its implementation. To calculate the costs required for bored pile foundation construction in this case study, primary data that has been collected is used, namely a list of material prices, tools, and labor wages, as well as AHSP from the relevant project area. From the bearing capacity data obtained, four types of bored pile foundations are planned based on the axial load of each pile obtained from the structural load analysis using SAP2000. Numerical analysis was performed based on CPT data at three different points. The soil depth selected in this analysis process was 6 meters, taking into account the highest cone value from the CPT graph at the three points. Based on numerical analysis performed using the Meyerhoff method, the highest bearing capacity was obtained with a value of 27. 9 tons from the CPT data at point S2, while the lowest bearing capacity was 10. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the bored pile foundation design with the same axial load (converted) is safe. Based on the time requirement analysis conducted using the energy coefficient data Based on the author`'s observations and the bearing capacity analysis that has been carried out, it can be seen that the soil at the project site in this case study is capable of supporting the load of a multi-story building.
