Abstract

This research focuses on the planning of wastewater tank construction at Bambu Indah Resort, Ubud, Gianyar, using the Critical Path Method (CPM) for project scheduling. The study aims to analyze construction activities, identify the critical path, and calculate the total duration of the project. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, literature study, and field testing including waterproofing tests. The results show that the project requires 48 days for completion with critical activities identified in the preparation and soil backfilling stages. The application of CPM allows project managers to control time, resources, and minimize delays. Waterproofing testing also demonstrated an effectiveness rate of 99.1%, ensuring that the wastewater tank structure is safe against leakage. This research contributes to sustainable construction practices by supporting eco-resorts in maintaining environmental quality.
