Abstract

The condition of the Mambal-Latu road section has many potholes and the intensity of road users who use heavy vehicles on average makes this road section difficult to pass and causes additional travel time required. One method to analyze road damage is to use the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method. Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is an estimate of road condition with a rating system to express the actual pavement condition with reliable and objective data.  The results show that the average PCI value is 28 which means it needs improvement. The handling carried out is AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete Base Course) pavement and AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete Wear Course) with a total cost of Rp. 9.271.310.247,10.
