ANALISIS KOEFISIEN PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA PEKERJAAN BALOK DAN KOLOM PADA PEMBANGUNAN PROYEK MATAHATI RESORT KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Abstract

The background is the difference in productivity values in the field with PUPR standard Number 28/PRT/2016. The purpose of the research is to measure, analyze, and compare the value of the labor productivity coefficient in the field with the PUPR reference. The method used is quantitative descriptive through field observation, work volume measurement, recording the number of labor, as well as productivity and coefficient calculation. The analysis was carried out using Microsoft excel by comparing the scores in the field to the 2016 PUPR standard. The results that show the difference in the co-efficient in each type of work and labor group, some of the values are smaller, and some others get greater results than the standard, influenced by field conditions and working methods. It is concluded that periodic productivity evaluation is necessary to increase the efficiency and accuracy of project planning.
