This study examines environmental risks in the construction project of the Office Building of the Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Mangutama in Mengwi District, Badung Regency, which may disrupt productivity, quality, performance, and project budgets. Using a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches, data were obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 15 purposively selected respondents involved in environmental risk management. Instrument validity and reliability were tested with SPSS, requiring r count > r table and Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60. The results identified 13 environmental risks, consisting of 9 undesirable, 2 negligible, and 2 unacceptable risks. Mitigation efforts included regulating material delivery, providing PPE and medicines, conducting health checks, socialization, watering project areas to reduce dust, and proper waste management. Risk ownership was allocated to stakeholders: the owner with 1 risk, the contractor with 11 risks, and the supervising consultant with 3 risks.
