ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJAAN BATA PRESS STYLE BALI MENGGUNAKAN METHOD PRODUCTIVITY DELAY MODEL (MPDM) PADA PROYEK GEDUNG POLRESTA DENPASAR

Abstract

Labor productivity plays a crucial role in the success of construction projects, especially in architectural works requiring high precision and aesthetics such as Bali-style press brick installation. This study aims to analyze the productivity of workers in column thickening and penyengker works using the Method Productivity Delay Model (MPDM) and to identify dominant factors affecting productivity loss. The research was conducted on the Denpasar Police Headquarters building project, observing four brick masons over 30 work cycles each. Results show that column thickening work achieved higher productivity compared to penyengker, with a difference of 6% in overall productivity and 3% in productivity without delays. Environmental factors were the most significant contributors to productivity loss (5.491%), followed by material, labor, equipment, and management. These findings highlight the need for better environmental management and material logistics to optimize labor productivity.
