ANALISIS DAMPAK PEKERJAAN REPAIR DAN REWORK TERHADAP BIAYA DAN WAKTU PADA PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR PROYEK MATAHATI RESORT

Abstract

Construction projects often face execution errors leading to repair and rework activities, impacting cost and time efficiency. This study analyzes the effects of repair and rework on cost and time in the structural work of the Matahati Resort project, Taro Village, Tegallalang, Gianyar. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected via observation, survey, and interviews. Results identified five non-conforming items—four requiring repair and one rework—mainly due to inadequate technical supervision and misunderstanding of drawings. Additional costs amounted to Rp 17,972,337.41 (repair) and Rp 5,896,231.03 (rework), with time extensions of 10 days 1 hour (repair) and 2 days (rework). Findings highlight the need for improved supervision and technical comprehension to minimize project inefficiencies.
