ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA DAN PERBANDINGAN HARGA SATUAN PEKERJAAN ANTARA LAPANGAN DAN SNI PADA PEKERJAAN PASANGAN DINDING BATA RINGAN (STUDI KASUS: PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN VILLA NATADESA RESORT RESIDENCE)

Abstract

Productivity is an important aspect in increasing construction business and analysis of work unit prices is one of the important factors in preparing construction cost budgets. Productivity is a fundamental factor that can affect the performance of competitive ability in the construction sector. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of wall pair labor productivity in the Natadesa Resort Residence Villa Development project, Jimbaran, Badung Regency, Bali with AHSP SNI Badung 2025. The method used in this study is in the form of direct observation and also interviews to find worker productivity and the number of workers assisted by Microsoft Excel software, where observations were carried out for 14 days during normal working hours. The results obtained in this study indicate the coefficient value for the type of foreman worker is 0.042 OH in field observation and 0.003 OH in AHSP SNI, the productivity coefficient value for the head craftsman worker is 0.046 OH in field observation and 0.013 in AHSP SNI. The coefficient value for the craftsman worker is 0.056 OH in field observation and 0.13 OH in AHSP SNI. The coefficient value for the assistant craftsman worker is 0.134 OH in field observation and 0.671 OH in AHSP SNI. Based on the values obtained, it can be concluded that the coefficient value for the foreman, head craftsman is greater than AHSP SNI, while the coefficient value for the craftsman and assistant craftsman is smaller than AHSP SNI. The results of the comparison of lightweight brick masonry work obtained a cost difference of Rp. 55.936,42 with a percentage of 24%.
