ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS DAN BIAYA TENAGA KERJA PADA PEKERJAAN ARSITEKTUR (Studi Kasus Proyek Pembangunan Villa Serenity)
Abstract
Labor productivity and cost are crucial factors that determine the success of a construction project, as they directly impact the schedule and budget efficiency. This study aims to determine the value of labor productivity and the estimated Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for architectural works, based on the Gianyar Regency's Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) standards. This research was conducted on the Serenity Villa Development Project, consisting of 11 units in Ubud, Gianyar, by analyzing one representative unit using a quantitative descriptive method based on secondary data. The analysis results show the craftsman's productivity on several key works, such as lightweight brick masonry at 7.69 m²/day, wall plastering at 6.67 m²/day, and skim coating (acian) at 10.00 m²/day. The final results indicate that the total estimated RAB for labor wages for the entire 11-unit project is IDR 1,548,142,976.60, with wall plastering remaining the largest cost-absorbing component (28.5%).
