Abstract

Imbalances in labor distribution often cause delays and cost overruns in construction projects[1]. This study aims to optimize labor utilization through resource leveling methods in the construction project of the Gedung Tower Bersama Indonesia in Sanur, Bali. The method used is quantitative descriptive with the assistance of Microsoft Project 2021. The results show a reduction in peak labor demand to a more ideal level that aligns with the maximum capacity available, along with cost savings of Rp138,267,168. Resource leveling has proven effective in enhancing the efficiency of human resource management in construction projects.
