ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN TOWER CRANE PADA PEMBANGUNAN ANTA RESIDENCE CANGGU

Abstract

In construction projects, the time of use of tower cranes is highly dependent on the type of project and the scale of the building. The use of tower cranes in construction projects certainly requires costs that must be calculated. The Anta Residence project is a 5-star hotel apartment construction project divided into 3 blocks or zones, zone 1 consisting of 4 floors with a swimming pool on the roof, zones 2 and 3 consisting of 5 floors. This study was conducted to obtain the amount of productivity, percentage of time effectiveness, operational costs of tower cranes in the construction process of Anta Residence Canggu. This research was conducted at the Construction of Anta Residence Canggu with a research period of 10 months. In this study, primary data was obtained through direct observation in the field. Secondary data was obtained through the administrative process at PT. Anta Group Development. The results of the study are the average productivity of 31 days of observation reached 9,809 Kg / hour, the average time effectiveness was 26.09%, the operational cost of the tower crane per hour was IDR 463,772.89, while the total operational cost with 8 normal working hours reached IDR 115,015,676.72
