Abstract

The construction project of Suwiti Regional General Hospital (RSUD Suwiti) in Badung Regency requires effective time and cost management to achieve the building's completion target on schedule. This study aims to analyze and optimize the construction schedule using the crashing method, which adds three hours of overtime per day. The results indicate that the crashing method can shorten the project duration by 13 days, with an additional cost of Rp 219,719,625, and takes into account worker productivity during overtime hours. This project management approach has proven effective in managing the construction schedule and significantly reducing completion time without significantly sacrificing cost stability. These findings provide an important contribution to construction project management, particularly in controlling additional costs and increasing labor productivity to achieve optimal time targets
