Abstract

Pile foundations have the advantage of being applicable in all locations, are flexible in their implementation, and can be used in narrow areas as well as in densely populated environments. The Villa Nila Residence Canggu construction project is a luxury villa development undertaken by PT. Lombok Karunia Utama as the contractor and PT. Mira as both the consultant and the project owner. This project uses bore pile foundations and is located on Subak Sari Street, Tibubeneng, Canggu, North Kuta, Badung. It occupies a land area of 800 m² with a building area of 430 m². The Villa Nila Residence Canggu development consists of several villa units. However, this research specifically focuses on Villa 14, as its construction site is situated in a swampy area characterized by high water and mud content, which was formerly used as rice paddies by the local community.The main objectives of this research are to analyze the on-site construction methods, execution costs, and construction time. The implementation method used for the bore pile foundation includes: Soil Testing, Bore Point Determination (Surveying), Bore Equipment Setup Preparation, Bore Hole Drilling, Steel Assembly, Water Pumping from the Bore Hole, Spiral Reinforcement Installation, Tremie Pipe Installation, Specimen and Slump Test Creation, Concreting, and Area Cleaning. Based on this method, the total cost for constructing 36 bore pile points with a depth of 5 meters and a diameter of 30 cm is IDR 69,162,429.50, with a construction duration of 14 working days.
