IMPLEMENTASI BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) REVIT PADA BIAYA DAN WAKTU RENCANA PELAKSANAAN KONDISI EKSISTING STRUKTUR BANGUNAN

The rapid development of infrastructure in various regions requires construction service providers to implement precise, effective, and efficient solutions. However, many projects still face challenges in budget and scheduling due to the use of conventional methods, which are prone to errors caused by inaccuracy in calculating and analyzing work items. This study aims to examine the efficiency of applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) in modeling the existing condition of reinforced concrete structures in the Villa Serenity project using Autodesk Revit, as well as to analyze the estimated cost and project duration based on the modeling results. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative with a numerical approach to illustrate the project’s objective conditions. The findings indicate that the implementation of BIM through Autodesk Revit can produce accurate and informative three-dimensional digital models, covering structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, floor slabs, stairs, and roof trusses. In addition, Autodesk Revit simplifies the process of calculating work volumes automatically and consistently, thereby accelerating cost estimation with high accuracy. The total estimated project budget obtained is Rp5,000,366,969.19. The project scheduling plan was developed using Microsoft Project with an implementation duration of 188.25 days.
