Before starting a construction project it is very important to start with good planning, how to implement it, as well as controlling the project. In the construction project of the Petite Villa Development in planning the Cost Budget Design using Lot units, which can result in significant losses if it is much lower than the Cost Budget Design which is analyzed by calculating the actual volume. In planning and monitoring the scheduling, it only uses the S-curve with work items that are not detailed or global in nature, as a result the entire project has a delay of -16.9862% and -5.4534% in Villa BC. After re-planning by the author from the volume calculation, the results of the Cost Budget Design planning with a total structural cost of IDR 1,7827,906,257.59 using the AHSP Denpasar City 2023 with a difference of IDR 752,000,000. with Cost Budget Design data from the contractor of IDR 1,035,300,000.00 using lot units. And for scheduling planning from the author, it is obtained for a total man power of 6713 with a project time of 23 weeks (161 days) analyzed for man days obtained by 52 workers per day. With 21 work items that include critical work
