Analisis Anggaran Biaya Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Pada Pemeliharaan Bangunan Gedung The Sanctoo Resort

Abstract

The hotel facilities need to pay attention to the regular maintenance of the building to support the comfort of those facilities. Regular building maintenance is a mandatory requirement for structures serving the public interest. Maintenance work is part of construction activities. In every construction project implementation, achieving zero accidents is ensure project success in terms of time, cost, and quality. Maintenance at The Sanctoo Resort is carried out periodically, but risk identification, assessment, and mitigation have not been done in detail, and the calculation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) maintenance costs has not been conducted in detail either. The purpose of this study is to identify risks, assess risks, identify mitigations, and determine the OHS costs for the maintenance of The Sanctoo Resort building. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews and direct field observations, as well as a price survey for OHS costs. The analysis is conducted using Microsoft Excel. Based on the analysis results, 15 risks have been identified in the maintenance work of The Sanctoo Resort building. Based on the assessment, 8 of these risks fall into the low-risk category, and 7 fall into the moderate-risk category. Mitigations implemented to prevent risks during the maintenance work at The Sanctoo Resort building include using Personal Protective Equipment and safety equipment. Additionally, maintaining a clean work area and ensuring adequate lighting in the work area are also part of the mitigation measures. The calculated OHS cost for the maintenance of The Sanctoo Resort building is Rp75,252,000.
