Evaluasi Anggaran Biaya Dan Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Struktur Pada Proyek Pembangunan Villa Erin Vandeermer, Kerobokan, Badung

Abstract

The Construction Project Implementation Budget Plan (IBP) is one of the completeness documents needed in an operational project implementation, as a reference for operational implementation of the Erin Vandeermer Villa project located on Bumbak Street, Kerobokan, North Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali.

The total amount of the IBP resulting from the calculation of the structural work is Rp. 2,025,814,777.43. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the value of the Budget Plan (BP) for structural work from the contractor PT. Wayan Construction is Rp. 2,550,053,047.55. So the difference between the IBP and the BP is IDR 524,238,270.12.

The contractor's advantages in structural work are; 10% profit from the BP by the contractor PT. Wayan Construction of IDR 255,005,304.76, plus the difference from the IBP with the BP of IDR 524,238,270.12. So that the total profit is IDR 779,243,574.88 or the contractor's profit is 30.56%.
