Analisis Kinerja Biaya Dan Waktu Dengan Metode Earned Value Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Sdn 2 Serangan

Abstract

The Serangan 2 Elementary School Building Development Project is a government project with a contract value of Rp. 2.409.029.226,00 with a planned implementation time of 180 calendar days. However, in its implementation, this project experienced delays due to narrow access roads and unfavorable weather conditions. To overcome this, an Analysis of Cost Performance and Project Implementation Time was carried out using the Earned Value Method on the project which aims to determine project performance in terms of cost and time and to know the estimated cost and project completion time using this method.

This research was conducted using the Earned Value method where this method provides project performance status in a reporting period and provides predictive information regarding costs and time required to complete all work based on performance indicators at the time of reporting.

From the results of the analysis, the cost performance index (CPI) = 1,156 > 1 means that the project is experiencing savings and the time performance index (SPI) = 1,024 > 1 means that the project implementation time is good (faster than planned). Based on estimated costs and time until the completion of the project, the results of the estimated project cost analysis are Rp. 2.084.130.544,08 with a difference or cost savings of Rp. 324.898.681,92 and an estimated time of 180 days which will be completed on time
