Abstract

The financial benefits obtained by construction companies are very dependent on the company's expertise in planning. Time, quality and cost planning is very important to be done in a construction implementation process. In project implementation, there are often schedule discrepancies in the field which can result in increased time and cost overruns, one of the causes of delays that often occur is weather factors.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to accelerate the implementation time by adding overtime working hours. The purpose of this study is to determine changes in cost and time after accelerating using the Crashing  method

Acceleration with the addition of 4 hours of overtime results in a duration of 118 days with a normal duration of 132 days, a difference of 12 days and the cost obtained is Rp. 2,313,978,117.87 from the normal cost of Rp. 2,228,032,229.11 has a difference of Rp. 85,945,888.76. While the acceleration with the addition of 3 hours of overtime results in a duration of 122 days with a normal duration of 132 days has a difference of 10 days and the cost obtained is Rp. 2,287,159,202.68 87 of the normal cost of Rp. 2,228,032,229.11 has a difference of Rp. 59,126,973.57
