Abstract

The SNI productivity coefficient is a general provision as a reference for labor productivity in all regions of Indonesia. However, the coefficient of labor productivity may differ in each region in Indonesia. This study aims to determine labor productivity in the field and compare these results with SNI productivity. This research was carried out on the Villa Azur development project using field observation methods and obtaining data in the form of work time, number of workers, and volume completed. Data analysis for labor productivity and results of labor productivity in the field with labor productivity in SNI. From the results of the analysis it is known that labor productivity is one of them on the 1st floor column for ironing, the worker's productivity is 56.38 kg/hour and the worker's is 68.69 kg/hour. For formwork workers productivity is 1.62 m2/hour and workers 1.62 m2/hour. For the productivity of the foundry foreman is 0.58 m3/hour, the head mason is 0.58 m3/hour, the mason is 0.29 m3/hour, and the worker is 0.29 m3/hour. The comparison results on the 1st floor column for masonry work were 1.97 and 2.40 for workers. For mason formwork work it is 2.68 and for workers it is 5.35. For the foreman's casting work it is 0.24, the foreman is 0.08, the mason is 0.40, and the worker is 2.39. Comparison results > 1 indicate that the productivity of field work is higher than SNI and results < 1 indicate otherwise.
