Productivity is a factor that is influenced by the ability of performance to compete in construction projects. Therefore, productivity is very important so that the projects carried out run according to plan. One of the projects being built is The Umalas Signature Apartment project in Kerobokan Badung which functions as a luxury residence. In construction there are several jobs that require a large number of workers to meet the daily productivity requirements, one of which is wall work. In this case the The Umalas Signature Apartment project uses light brick and concrete brick walls in blocks D and E.
The observation method used in field supervision is using the observation method or direct observation. Observations made included the daily productivity of masons working on light brick walls and adobe bricks. The purpose of this study is to compare daily productivity and costs to obtain unit prices for light brick wall work with adobe bricks. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that the productivity of the work of pairing brick walls in the field with pairs of lightweight bricks was 1:1.39126 with the productivity of brickwork in the field being 11.1 m²/day and light bricks being 15.443 m²/day. Comparison of the unit price for masonry brick walls with lightweight concrete bricks in the field is 1:1.368 with the unit price for brick masonry of Rp. 94,950.00/m2 and for lightweight bricks of Rp. 129,875.00/m².
