Efektivitas Penggunaan Mobile Crane Pada Gedung Dekanat Fisip Universitas Udayana

Abstract

The implementation of the Dean building project of FISIP Udayana University Jimbaran using mobile cranes, is expected to accelerate the project implementation time. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the productivity of time and cost of using mobile cranes. This study was made to determine the efficient time and cost realization of the use of mobile cranes in order to obtain the level of effectiveness of the use of mobile cranes for structural work, it is expected to be an input for construction projects in an effort to optimize the implementation of projects with similar problems. The results of the calculation of productivity and time of use of mobile cranes in the construction project of the Dean Building FISIP Udayana University is 330.88 hours or 42 days. For the cost of using a mobile crane for structural work amounted to Rp. 373,678,795.00. The level of effectiveness of the use of mobile cranes in terms of time and cost in the construction project of the Dean's Building FISIP Udayana University is 45.4% and 45.7%. If taking into account the effect of the delay in the arrival of precast concrete, the level of effectiveness in terms of time and cost is 24.7% and 24.6%.
