Pengukuran Tingkat Produktivitas Hspd (Hydraulic Static Pile Driver) Pada Jam Kerjapekerjaan Pondasi Tiang Pancang (Studi Kasus : Proyek Samigita-Pembangunan Gedung Tsunami Shelter Seminyak, Badung)
Abstract
This study aims to measure the level of productivity of Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD) during working hours in the implementation of pile foundation work on the Samigita project - Tsunami Shelter Building in Seminyak, Badung. This case study was conducted by collecting HSPD productivity data through direct observation during a certain period.
The research method used in this study was field observation to record the time and number of piles successfully installed by HSPD during working hours. The research findings show that factors such as soil conditions, location/terrain, weather, as well as tides, can affect the productivity of the equipment. From the results of data analysis, the highest productivity of 1.13 and the lowest productivity of 0.55 were obtained.
It is expected that the findings of this study can be used as a reference to improve the planning, organization, and use of HSPD in future construction projects. In addition, this research can also be the basis for comparing the productivity of HSPD with other equipment in pile foundation work.
