Abstract

A construction project is a series of activities related to the construction of a building which includes structural and architectural work. Labor is one of the main factors in the construction project development process, labor productivity planning is the initial effort that must be made by every construction company in order to find out how the performance of its workforce is. Analyzing labor productivity will assist contractors in planning construction project implementation methods. The research was carried out in the field by conducting a case study on the construction project of the Kuta Tsunami Shelter Building. Productivity values ​​are obtained directly through field observations using the Time Study method. After the analysis was carried out, the average labor productivity value was obtained for reinforced concrete structure work for column reinforcement work, namely 1852.1 kg/day, column formwork work, namely 48.11 m2/day, column concreting work, namely 36.73 m3/day. , floor plate ironing work is 1765.52 kg/day, floor plate formwork work is 26.91 m2/day and floor plate concreting is 18.79 m3/day. From the comparison, it is obtained that the field index is smaller than the SNI index
