ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN SUMBER DAYA PROYEK PADA PEKERJAAN FINISHING KAYU BERDASARKAN INDEKS SATUAN LAPANGAN

Abstract

Currently, the use of wood materials for architectural work is commonplace. However, there
are several problems that often occur such as shortage of wood material orders, incorrect
ordering of wood dimensions, and shortages of labor. The research objective was to plan the
project resource requirements for wood finishing works based on field conditions. The study
was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method with direct observations in the field.
The finishing works analyzed are cabana woodwork (column, beam, and grill), screen lobby
woodwork, room dividing woodwork and drop-off pergola woodwork. The results showed
that the project resource requirements for cabana woodwork were bangkirai wood 60x80 mm
at 2.60 m3, bangkirai wood 120x120 mm at 1.27 m3, foreman 14.93 oh, carpenter 29.87 oh
and worker 44.80 oh. Screen lobby woodwork requires bangkirai wood 30x60 mm at 3.28
m3, foreman 25.00 oh, carpenter 50.00 oh and worker 75.00 oh. Room dividing wood work
requires bangkirai wood 40x60 mm at 9.44 m3, bangkirai wood 60x80 as big as 1.01 m3,
foreman 35.00 oh, carpenter 70.00 oh and worker 105.00 oh. The drop-off pergola woodwork
requires bangkirai wood 30x50 mm at 3.39 m3, foreman 9.00 oh, carpenter 18.00 oh and
worker 27.00 oh
