ANALISIS BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN KONSTRUKSI PT. BIANGLALA BALI BERBASIS COMPETING VALUE FRAMEWORK

In this Globalization Era improving the performance of an organization is very important to
get survive and comply the costumer needs. One of the high complexity organization is
construction company, where with a high level of complexity will give affects to the progress
of the project performance. To be able to maximaze the project performance, optimal Human
Resource performacnce is needed. Human resource performance is influenced by
oganizational culture. The Research aims to determine the corporate culture of PT. Bianglala
Bali today and what is expected in the future. The method used in this study is the OCAI
(Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) analysis method developed by Cameron and
Quinn. The result of the analysis based on Competing Value Framework is the current
organizational culture profile at PT. Bianglala Bali as a whole has a tendency towards market
culture which is 31 % followed by hierarchy culture at 28 %, 21 % in Adhocrary culture and
20 % in Clan culture. For Organizational culture that is expected in the future is still
dominated by Market culture at 29 % followed by hierarchy culture at 26 %, 24 % in clan
culture and 22 % in Adhocracy culture.
