Abstract

Foundation is one basic element of a building which mainly used to transfers the loads of
the structure to the ground. Soil testing is required before the construction of foundation
begins. Generally, there are two types of foundation either Shallow or Deep. Construction
of SMK Pariwisata Trisakti applies deep foundation method using bored pile foundation.
The purpose of this final project is to measure the bored pile carrying capacity, diameter,
depth, amount of the bored pile used, and bored pile reinforcement of SMK Pariwisata
Trisakti Tampaksiring construction. Literature study method applied in the discussion
along with the data gathered by consultation with relevant parties. Loading test measured
manually using SAP 2000 v20 program and resulted in Pu = 17,977 Ton and Vu = 45,844
Kn. These data concluded that a bored pile with 30 cm of diameter which planted at 5
meters in-depth holds 11,356 Ton carrying capacity and the construction requires 2 piles
with 4 D12 reinforcement and ∅10-100
