ANALISIS PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (SMK3) TERHADAP KINERJA PEKERJA,WAKTU,DAN BIAYA PADA PELAKSANAAN PROYEK

Abstract

Construction services is a high hazard industry consisting of a variety of
activities involving construction, alteration and repair. In the implementation of
construction work, work accidents often occur. For this reason, the implementation of the
OHS Management System in the implementation of construction projects is very
important. This study examines the implementation of SMK3 in the Ganesha University
Health Laboratory Building Construction project and its effect on worker performance,
time, and cost in implementing the project. The data were collected by distributing
questionnaires and direct observation in the field. The data obtained were processed using
the SPSS program. From the results of data processing, there is an effect of SMK3 on
worker performance, cost and time. The magnitude of the effect of SMK3 on the
performance of workers is 68.9%, on time is 26.3% and on costs is 44.3%.
