ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS BIAYA DALAM PEMILIHAN PONDASI BORE PILE ATAU PONDASI RAKIT PADA STRUKTUR GEDUNG

In a building there is a very important main structure that is a structure called a
foundation. The showroom building, which has 4 floors and a basement, will be built in
an area that has a relatively low land carrying capacity. Generally use deep foundations
such as bore pile foundations, but nowadays many use shallow foundations, such as raft
foundations on soil with relatively low soil carrying capacity. The selection of foundation
alternatives aims to save construction costs, so in this research we calculated foundation
dimensions, cost calculation, and effectiveness analysis in terms of cost.
This research was conducted using the structural modeling method in the SAP 2000 v.14
program so that the placement reaction was obtained for calculating the dimensions of
the foundation. Furthermore, the dimensions that have been obtained are calculated to
calculate the cost of the work.
The results of the analysis show the dimensions of the foundation obtained for bore pile
foundations produce 9 types of pile groups, with the highest number of piles being 10
piles. As for the raft foundation, it produces an area of 575.36 m2 with a thickness of 1.3
m. Analysis of the cost of foundation work and work that has changed shows the
alternative cost of bore pile foundation is Rp. 2.503.973.000,00 and for an alternative
raft foundation of Rp. 3.517.755.000,00. So, the alternative bore pile foundation is more
effectively used on soils that have a relatively low bearing capacity than the alternative
raft foundation
